[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great marble run. It comes with a lot of different pieces. The movement and sound pieces work well. The color coded instructions made it easier for them to figure out which pieces go next. Some of the instructions were a  bit vague to them, but easy to work around. It did take them a bit to figure out how to use the launcher, but that was to be expected. I also liked that it could be connected to other sets to make more things.

When we opened the box, we thought the process of putting this thing together was going to be complicated but it wasn't. It was so easy, like putting Legos together. And once built, our son was having a blast with it!

Easy to build

3 1/2 yr old granddaughter loved it! Have only had a couple days but it appears to be a winner.  Takes up a fair bit room and does not like being lifted and moved about - best if it had its own ‘play spot'. Would recommend, especially at the Walmart price which is 35-40% cheaper than other sites.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toy and activity for little ones to challenge their thinking and building skills.  Helps to create some good hand and eye coordination as you have to follow instructions and assemble.  Then you can watch the motion of the marbles flow through the path and it is a proud accomplishment moment.  This has been a fun toy in our household as my 8 year old girl has loved the challenge of building it.  Then she gets so much joy from watching the marbles move and go down different paths.

As a parent this is a welcome activity for a hands on toy that is engaging and allows for teamwork.  As an adult I was finding joy in watching the build and even playing with the marbles myself and spending that family time with my little one.

VTech marble run ultimate set

Wow! This is a really cool marble run! It has everything you need to build and create. I bought it for my son's 3rd birthday after he played with his 10 year old cousins marble run. I already know we're gonna get many, many years of use out of it! Highly recommend!

Buy it!

My 11 year old son loves this! It's his favorite non electronic Christmas gift. He likes that he can follow instructions for builds or create his own build. The marbles are larger than I expected so they shouldn't get lost or sucked up in the vacuum cleaner like I had initially worried about.

a four year old could not put this together without adult help.  I had some trouble myself, and I'm an adult.

The marbles get stuck in some places. 

This toy is meant for 4 year olds.  Four year old lose marbles, but I have not been able to find replacement marbles for this.   Vtech's support contact page on their website does not work, so I have not been able to contact them.  Next step is to call them.
