The moment I had kids, I seemed to forget about my own health.

I was so busy worrying about my children’s health that I lost focus on my own body. I often missed out on exercise because of a sleepless night and ate fried chicken fingers instead of a salad for dinner. I also found myself fueling up on coffee instead of hydrating with water. Once I started gaining weight, feeling bad about myself, and feeling sluggish all the time, I decided it was time to make a change. I bought a fitness watch and began tracking my water intake. It made all the difference in the world! This, along with making goals for exercise and diet made me feel like a new woman. Making the decision to track your health is an important part of being a parent. We must stay healthy in order to be there for our families.

When we track our health, it is much easier to figure out which health habits are working and which are not. As a result, we can correct our health habits accordingly to get the health results we want. Read on to learn more about four of my favorite products to track my health.

The Halo Fitness Tracker helps you track your health by tracking your steps and sleep.

One of the tools you can use to track your health is the Halo fitness tracker from Amazon. One of the things that I like about this product is that it uses a color display to give you important health information. This information includes activity, heart rate, and sleep tracking. You can also easily access all this information with the Halo fitness tracker.

Aside from the helpful health information, I love that it includes a Halo membership. When you purchase a Halo fitness tracker, you will get a 12-month Halo membership that provides you with full access to a variety of exclusive programs, workouts, and membership features. You can also use the Halo app in order to receive a Movement Assessment, in addition to an exercise program designed just for you with the goal of improving my movement health in the long term. The Halo fitness tracker is compatible with Alexa, so you can talk to an Alexa-enabled device to learn your sleep quality, activity score, and more. The Apple Watch Ultra – for serious fitness and activity tracking across all of your devices.

I have always been an Apple product girl. The Apple Watch Ultra is a fabulous product for tracking your health. One reason why I like this watch is that it is durable. This product is made to be used outdoors and has 36 hours of battery life, in addition to all the great Apple Watch features I love. The Apple Watch Ultra has a titanium case that is made to resist corrosion and it resists water for up to 100 millimeters. You can also customize the action button so you can instantly physically control a number of functions.

The display is one of my favorite features when it comes to the Apple Watch Ultra. It is an Always-On Retina type of display that you can see clearly, even in direct sunlight. You can also customize my watch face as much as I like.

The Workout app, which you can use with the Apple Watch Ultra, also gives advanced metrics like running form and heart rate zones. The GPS is a dual-frequency, precision kind of GPS to provide me with pace calculations, accuracy, route, and distance. You can use a Trail Loop band with the Apple Watch Ultra and this band is flexible and light since it was designed with runners in mind. Of course, I love all the bands you can buy on the market to make it more fashionable too! Lastly, it detects crashes and falls to keep you safe and automatically make emergency calls, if needed!

The HidrateSpark Pro tracks your water intake and reminds you to stay hydrated.

I tend to stay more hydrated when I have a cute water bottle with me nearby! I like insulated bottles too, so my water always tastes fresh. Do some analog health tracking with a wellness journal.
