Let’s face it! There are so many services being shoved in our faces these days.

I am constantly asked if I want to sign up for different streaming services, fitness plans, clothing boxes, food services, and beauty boxes. I’ll admit that through the years I have tried just about all of them. Usually, however, after a short trial period, I decide it is a waste of money and it’s just not for me.

The reason?

Most of the time, I’m already receiving the services included in my Amazon Prime membership. I have been an Amazon Prime member for more than a decade, and it’s the best money I have ever spent. I use Amazon on pretty much a daily basis, y’all! I would highly encourage anyone who is on the fence about getting a membership to become a member.

Yes – this article is full of ads for trials and services from Amazon – and that’s on purpose, because there is seriously something for EVERYONE!

Why? Here are my favorite things about my PRIME membership.

1. Fast and FREE shipping
   

   
   Amazon has oodles of products that are available within 1-2 days. Sometimes I can’t even get to my local store that fast. I depend on amazon when I’m in a bind and need things fast that I simply may not be able to find at my normal store. Some items are even available for same day shipping! It’s absolutely incredible, and a lifesaver as a busy mom.

2. Discounts at Whole Foods
   

   Like many parents, I try to buy organic foods or foods without chemicals, whenever possible. We are lucky enough to have a Whole Foods just up the street from us, and I love the fact that I get Prime Member discounts. All you have to do is download the QR code and scan when you checkout to save!

3. Grocery Delivery
   

   Amazon Prime allows you to get your groceries delivered, if you need to without spending extra money on grocery delivery membership. All you have to do is enter your zip code and it will pull up a list of stores that will deliver to you.

4. Prime Video

   We use this all the time! We watch TV Shows and movies for free, included in our prime membership

5. Amazon Music
   

   
   We love the free music! We play them on our Echo’s throughout the house. I put music on in the kid’s rooms when they play, clean their rooms or need to settle before bed, and the music is streamed free of extra charge.

6. Amazon Kids Discount
   

   
   My children have Amazon Fire Tablets. We like these as an alternative to iPads because we like the restrictions, we can put on the media they are consuming. With Prime, you get a 40% discount on the price of the Amazon Kids membership. I can PROMISE you it is 100% worth it. You will thank me the next time you are stuck on a plane with your kiddos.

7. Kindle and Kindle Unlimited

   
   On the rare occasion I have time to sit down and read, I usually want to download a book fast. I am able to choose from a rotation of eBooks instantly that are free to download and enjoy with my membership.

8. Try Before You Buy
   

   For my Fashionista friends, Prime allows you to try on clothing at home, before you buy. You only have to pay for the items you keep! It’s amazing!

9. Personal Shopper Services

   Did you know that Amazon offers a personal shopper service? They style for men and women and can help you find some great outfits! And best of all? It’s CHEAP for Prime members at just $4.99 per styling. (That’s way cheaper than hiring a professional stylist.)

10. Audible

    I love audible so much I am going to do a separate article JUST on audible! This is amazon’s book narration platform. With Prime you have access to free narrated books! It’s perfect for road trips, folding laundry, or doing chores around the house.

11. Cheaper Prescriptions with Amazon Pharmacy
    

    You can get 80% off your prescriptions in some cases. You can shop and compare prices at various pharmacies. They have over 60,000 to choose from, including Amazon Pharmacy.

12. Prime Day

    Everyone loves Prime Day! It’s coming up quickly, on July 12^th and 13^th. This sale has deep discounts. We have bought so many TVs and electronics from this sale because the prices are insane. I often shop the sale and do some early birthday and Christmas shopping because the deals are just so good. You won’t get the deals unless you have Prime, so sign up now before you miss out!

You can choose from 2 different memberships. They have a monthly option starting at $14.99 or an annual starting at $139.99. I always splurge for the annual membership because I use all of the services throughout the year. The price has gone up a bit, but I use the service so much that it is worth every penny for our family. I would highly recommend it for all of you busy moms out there!
