Katie Frawley

Katie Frawley is the mom of five super awesome kids, the wife to one super awesome husband, and the author of the super awesome picture book TABITHA AND FRITZ TRADE PLACES (illustrated by Laurie Stansfield).

Katie’s next book, LIGHTHOUSE AND THE LITTLE BOAT (illustrated by Ben Mantle) will be published by HarperCollins Children’s in 2024, and a third not-yet-announced book is in the works.

Since completing her Master’s in British and American literature, Katie has taught high school, survived teaching middle school, plunged head-first into motherhood, laundered approximately 8 million pieces of clothing, and launched a career as an author.

In addition to her writing and mothering careers, Katie runs a critique business where she provides feedback to writers (both published and pre-published) on their picture book manuscripts.
