Recently, I stumbled across the cutest travel themed toys at Target!
As much as we would always love to travel we have school and work commitments. That doesn’t mean we can’t pretend to go a far away land and learn something new with these great toys.
Little Passports Global Adventures Kits
These kits are a suitcase of fun activities inside for children of all ages taking us to different destinations through books, crafts, a map and actives. The suitcase packaging is so cute I could see my son putting certain treasures inside that we have found at some of our other destinations.
The Early Explorers Kit is perfect for my younger daughter who can set up the characters and take them with her on an imaginary vacation and adventures. I love that these kits are not only educational and interactive but, spark their imagination.
This one is so cute and might be my favorite! With this kit your little on can make their own sushi roll, taco, hamburger, bowl of pho, or pizza. I have high hopes this may even inspire them to try some of these foods in real life. It comes with a menu that indicates which country each food is from. Once again this really sparks creativity with something that might be a familiar food but, they learn something new about.
Books
We are really working on our reading at home so any and all books are welcome if we want to read them. Sofia and Sam are the characters of Little Passports embarking on an adventure that is of course taking them all over the world.
The 50 States activity book it really fun and would also be great to take along while you travel on a long road trip or airplane. It would also be great to follow along this book perhaps on a summer road trip or use it as a way to check off gradual travels throughout the country as your family visits each state. Either way these books are a win.
Finally I have something fun for the whole family!
Once again, Sam and Sofia are taking us on a scooter ride around the world. For my family, with children ages 4-7 this game is perfect. The best part, you win by collecting memories, how cute it that?! This game is of course the perfect opportunity for family fun. A game that can also go along with you on your travels for memorable nights at the cabin by the lake or on a cold night at the ski lodge.
All of these toys are going on our wish list for birthdays and holidays. It can be a challenge to find toys that are fun and enriching but, everything on this list checks all of those boxes.
